Absolutely disrespectful condescending second in command who’s never worked food service

The boss never listens what you have to say and you'll work like a dog since he wants everyone to step up he like Steph curry but you cant have that if you treat us like dogs. No benefits only thing you get is some pto. Then he hired a guy to change up the coffee I think he was us to be like drink shop but we don't have space to do anything here. He has his employees from Kelly Kookies that will disrespect you and tell your not important or if that employee she's you talking to a guy he come over to you be like "oh is he trying to buy you some beer" like wtf is that supposed to mean I'm just asking a coworker for some help not beer. There was so many time for the boss to step in and be the leader but with the way he run things I think just throw money at problem hopes it fixes itself.
