A job only if you're desperate. This company does not know what they are doing and mistreats employees
Pros
No experience required 7.50 hour start in dietary, 7.25 for house cleaning (Don't expect a raise) Working around older folks they always seemed nice
Cons
Didn't get a break for 7 hours or so Was lied to about hours (Told to be working full time 3 on 2 off, in reality was part time working odd days) Wasn't given promised raise after 90 days Was cheated out of getting payed for hours Workload was impossible after they removed a necessary position and refused to reinstate them and required more tasks to be done. They surprised me every day I came to work adding just a little bit more every day, trying to squeeze every drop out of employees Would be threatened with suspension without pay if something went wrong Often times there are special requests and we don't have enough manpower to fulfill them, like delivering food to nursing stations Everybody complained about job burnout even the manager and supervisor being forced to work more than normal hours every day just to keep up, but wasn't given the go for more employees necessary
