I cannot think of a single good thing.

Cons

You basically make minimum wage. You have a draw with your commission meaning you can go months without seeing any commission. Management will tell you to lie to customers. They don't care about the customer at all. Would purposely list prices online on vehicles incorrectly just to get customers to call and come in on them. Also would put vehicles on their website that they found on Google just to get customers to come in on them and sell them something else. The hours were awful. 8:30-9 every Monday and Thursday. VERY HIGH TURNOVER. Management doesn't care about their employees.

The only pro was my fellow employees. Despite Feldmans awful environment, there are still many people who suck it up every day and try to make the best of it.

Cons

Worst workplace environment I've ever been in. These people are the perfect example of a 70s dealership. Senior management is corrupt and will sell you for a dollar. There is zero zero zero loyalty returned to loyal employees. You will get fired without a second thought and you'll never see it coming.
