Pros

If your broke and need to make money you will work a great 10-13 hours a day. Lots of over time anywhere from 50 - 57 hours a week or more maybe People at Dispatch are amazing people, everyone gets along great staff . Great Benefits, Wxevery year you'll get 80 cent on your yearly contract and every 5 yrs its a possible they will try to fight for more money but sometimes we all know it might not happen. You must be a certain type of individual who has a strong mind set to work here and positive. Negative gets you no where.

Cons

For new hires for the first 3 months must work every Saturday after that its every other Saturday. No cons really but if your the type that not self discipline it wont be for you 5am everyday till 5pm be prepared. Once in blue you'll leave a bit early. If you have family you wont have time you'll be too tired maybe everyone has different energy levels so who knows what your energy level is on. Union never discuss how they will pay us more money Its always out the window when that question is brought up. Its more like a therapy session but this company is really good
