      Low morale, bad communication, but a great mission

      Amazing mission to help IDD persons A lot of good people working there Employee benefits nice

      Cons

      Lack of communication LOW employee morale Manager manages from behind, never leads by example Sometimes employees don't get paid in a timely manner (by weeks or months!) High turnover (see the above as reasons)

      Sometimes payroll processes correctly, often systems are down.

      Cons

      Regular system outages surrounding payroll. Was arbitrarily laid off after five months when the ARC renewed a self directed services plan be deemed that my position was no longer justified in supporting critical functions for an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism.
