Pros

free stuff, flexible hours, you won't get fired because they're desperate

Cons

no organization, simple ideas and initiatives take months to implement, you don't have a voice in the company unless you're a key player (aka money maker), big disparity between salaried/hourly/local/remote workers, no room for growth, no transparency, working at fellow is like taking 1 step forward and 2 steps back every day in your career.

Pros

Coworkers are some of the best you'll find. You get free some free stuff which is great if you're a coffee nerd.

Cons

The biggest red flag about Fellow is the executive team. They do not respect their employees and play favorites. There is this really cliquey vibe that is perpetuated by the CEO and a huge lack of transparency. If you are outspoken or call them out, you are targeted for not being a team player. Everyone is overworked and underpaid. There is no room for growth because the focus is on building more and more products to try to be profitable. Burn out is real and the executive team does not take responsibility for their lack of experience managing and mistakes and put the burden on the employees.
