      Pros

      Always something new and interesting to learn. Great work culture with a lot of autonomy - no micromanaging of employees. Management treated everyone with respect and professionalism. It was also a very fun place to work.

      Cons

      As a startup there is no real job security. However, it is a risk you assume when you take the job.

      Felux is by far the best company I've worked for. They have great people. The culture is very welcoming and encouraging. You feel like you're on a team and everyone is available to help you when you need assistance.

      Cons

      There's a lot of trial and error which is usually expected for working at a startup.
