      There's no pros in this.

      Cons

      Try to avoid these kind of companies. Pay is very less like no pay you are working there free (5k). Some guys in company told that they may not pay you in time. Beware fresher's please don't join there are lot of other good companies just keep try. Very poor infrastructure.

      Could learn technical knowledge very efficiently and if now I am sitting in this higher position is beacause of Femtosoft technologies. I could find many poor reviews outside but all that was done from batch of people as they did not get placed in our concern.
