      Culture of uncertainty and favouritism

      Pros

      Hybrid working with one day p/w in office Free lunch Some good people and good teams, but few and far between.

      Cons

      The core values in Fenergo often feel more like slogans on the wall than principles reflected in day-to-day culture. The environment can feel somewhat sterile, similar to working in a large traditional bank. People seem to leave abruptly, with management offering little more than a vague “we’ve parted ways” explanation. Office politics appear to carry more weight than actual performance, and there is a noticeable sense of favouritism within some people at senior leadership/mid management. Gossip is fairly common across the office, and the very frequent layoffs contribute to a general atmosphere of uncertainty and unease. People will throw others under the bus to save themselves, without justification.....more just feeling.
