      Below Average growth pocilies for sales Huge Time taking reimbursement clearances No Transparency in employer and employee relationship Too much followup required by employee and even customer for getting any work done No work life balance Targets are universal irrespective of market location No significant appreciation Avg 4-5%hike to good perfirmermer Not a good company for Freshers as you will not get exposure of each management function and ure job profile will be rejected in other companies. Nobody cares for employees

      Pros

      Fenesta Windows System is an Indian company, with guidelines, directions and a clear forward visión. Relocations, salaries and benefits are attractively structured and used. It is very common to see employees who have been at the company 15+ years. So many benefits and pay for the area. Very good work force for the most part. Great place to learn manufacturing skills. Fenesta as a company is a wonderful place to work.

      The management and employees at Fenesta are always there to help. Nothing bad to say!
