      Liars and lack of leadership

      Pros

      You will get hands on experience with all sorts of different technologies in a variety of environments. You will learn a lot.

      Cons

      55hr work weeks, working into the AM, weekends, holidays...that is the norm. Not the exception. You have to pay for ALL of your travel upfront. The long hours and hard work are thankless. They will not hesitate to throw you under the bus to save face with a customer. They say a lot of the right things but they are just words.

      This employee was terminated because of their misguided actions in front of customers and other team members showing a very clear lack of integrity and caring for our customers and our own team members. We all feel like it is an honor to work here at Conversant Group, and not everyone shares our values and commitment to honesty, integrity and customer engagement.

      Toxic Environment

      Pay Well, nice home office

      Cons

      Engineers that have been there will compete for billable time with you. They will pretend to want to help you but will talk down about you to customers and managers. Don’t trust them. Its a race for billable time. Engineers, or that’s what they call them, will put you down and try to make you look bad in front of customers so they can get the billable time. Its a race and their engineers are insecure and arrogant. Look elsewhere.

      The exact same disgruntled employee from April 21. It is an honor to work at Conversant Group, and this person was asked to leave because they did not deserve that honor. Ask someone who is currently an engineer at the company (as you would have the opportunity during interviews) and you will hear the real story and it is a fast-paced environment with a lot of loyalty and respect for each other and our customers.

      Pros

      Engineers at mid level are good folks.

      Cons

      The leadership is literally insane and toxic. They just laid off 10% of the company because the CEO needed to pay for a house. I'm not kidding.
