      Very big emphasis on work life balance. Rarely had to stay late to get work done. Everyone I worked with was very chill and easy going.

      In house training from the experienced management team at Fentimans. Don’t believe all the negative reviews. Some people don’t like change and can’t keep up with the fast paced environment.

      Pros

      Working in a fast-paced environment can be pretty sweet. You're always busy and doing something, so the days go by quick. Plus, you get to work on cool projects and tackle tough problems. When you finally solve something that's been bugging you, it feels so good! And because the company is always moving forward, you get lots of chances to learn new stuff and move up the ladder. All in all, working in a fast-paced environment can be challenging, but it's also really rewarding.

      Cons

      Downside of working in a fast-paced environment is that people tend to come and go pretty quickly. All that change can make it tough to build a strong culture and sense of community at work, but I guess thats pretty normal in a business in transition.
