Good offices and tools of work. Friendly collegues. Good HR team.

Cons

The management was more often than not inadequate and too "rigid". The organization of some offices is sometimes poor. As an employee one often has the impression of being a tiny cog in the machine. Slow at implementing positive innovation into its environment.
