Decent hours, shipping supervisor was great to work for, plant manager is very approachable when needed. Most coworkers are fun to interact with.

Terrible benefits, some long time workers spend too much time scheming / trying to oust you instead of doing their own duties, high turnover, under paid esp when adding more responsibilities to your duty. Very small raises when given.
