      Nice office. Great coworkers. Good for your resume.

      Cons

      FL is home to some of the most talented people in Greenville but no one lasts long because of how they’re treated. Leadership is obnoxious, disrespectful and completely unprofessional. You won’t believe how ridiculous their behavior is until you experience it for yourself. And you don’t want to.

      Diverse client roster and ability to wear multiple hats.

      Cons

      Leadership really needs to work at getting better. Employees consistently work overtime with no compensation or instinctive. There is a burn-out culture that needs to change.

      Awesome employees. That’s all this place has going for them.

      Cons

      Egomaniac owners are involved in every single thing you do. (Hard to believe you’re allowed to go to the bathroom by yourself honestly.) They treat their employees like garbage and expect you to lay down your life so they can feel important. You will work nights. You will work weekends. You will beat your head against the wall trying to read the minds of men who think they’re important. (Spoiler alert: They’re not.) this place is truly pathetic. Especially for young women— who were exclusively made to take turns ANSWERING THE PHONES. Run.
