Pros

Flexible scheduling Good coworkers with lots of bonding opportunities. Weekly supervision Weekly meetings Lots of webinars and trainings you can get paid to attend.

Cons

Have to build your own schedule based on clients that are assigned to you, so might not get hours. Have to have a certain percentage of contact hours to office hours, which is near impossible if you’re not full time. People canceling goes against your percentage of hours and hours in general.
