      Pros

      Great place to work, awesome benefits, the perks are amazing (unlimited snacks, weekly lunch credit, breakfast provided frequently). As long as you are willing to learn then the opportunities are endless. FLG has taught me so much. Management is present and very supportive.

      Pros

      Great firm to work for. The firm encourages growth through ongoing training and opportunities to take new responsibilities. Management is approachable and maintains professionality. They provide a good work-life balance and offer great benefits.

      Cons

      Volume of work may increase during holiday season, but it is very typical for a firm. Management will provide the extra help, if needed.
