Terrible executive team, poor decision making, strategic vision, and execution. Out of date leadership approach leads to Toxic work environment and blame culture. The company runs through a very small percentage of high performing employees. Company values aren’t lived. CEO and Chairman of the board are the same persons, leading to over concentration of authority with a lack of independent oversight. 2 major failed launches within 5 years. The rest of the portfolio is 30 years old. No innovation coming

- Messy management: Lack of structure and accountability across teams. - Unfair sales allocation: Targets and territories are controlled by one senior salesperson, leading to biased and uneven distribution. - Freeriding tolerated: Senior staff who fail to meet targets face no consequences; instead, their shortfall is redistributed to other sales staff. - Unclear resignation process: Final payment calculations are rough, instructions inconsistent, and required documents incomplete. - Unprofessional HR handling: Requests for clarification are treated as if employees are causing problems, creating a hostile environment. - Loose oversight: Overall management is lax, resulting in inefficiency and frustration. Advice to Management: Implement fair and transparent sales distribution, enforce accountability for all staff, and provide clear, consistent HR processes for resignations and final settlements.
