Fake Tech led by Incompetent Founders

Pros

The company tee shirts were soft. There are a few really good people left here, but probably won't be there for long since these founders have no clue what they're doing.

Cons

The founders are incredibly immature and don't know what they're doing, they don't agree on anything and they constantly get in their own way. They HAVE NO IDEA how to run a business. They don't communicate or plan. They have constant layoffs and they've gotten rid of all but a couple experienced people who actually know what they're doing. Their "tech" is not real. It's run by people and is not scalable or reliable. They're a glorified staffing firm that charges a fee with no guarantee of results, which is why customers are leaving them left and right. The founders here are the biggest hypocrites you will ever meet and cannot be trusted. - They like to preach about inclusion on stage, but it's all lip service. Exclusion and toxicity come straight from the founders here and no one feels confident in the brand or their job anymore. - They preach about ending ageism yet the founders have literally said out loud to team members that they need to hire "young" people for their roles. They're the worst - if I could have given a negative star rating here, I would have. Avoid this place like the plague! I'm glad I left when I did!

Pros

fully remote, unlimited PTO, some leaders

Cons

the HR tech industry is tough. fetcher is not made to last a recession as seen from the poor version of laying off so many in the company. the product fixes are slow and the teams are understaffed. leadership can't get on the same page to support the company to move towards where it needs to go
