There were no pros unless you enjoy working in the most toxic unstructured environment possible.
Cons
There were many here. Starting with the unqualified management team that had no direction or strategy to grow the business whatsoever. It was a sinking ship from day 1. They didn't value their employees or contributions whatsoever and made it apparent with no salary increases for almost 10 years whilst they piled on the workload from the multiple layoffs they had.
