compare to my previous dorm, the dorm might be a little better, just like, 1% better.
Cons
1. Freedom limitation.(weekend) 2. ERP system always offers WRONG figures, such as, the kgs of stock, the online machine, kgs of total finished goods. 3. the production dept. never able to handle the exact stock numbers. and there always extra stocks show up anytime, anywhere. the VP will never let others take responsibility but only sales dept. 4. Serious factionalism, political campaigns, language bully.
