Horrible managers, poor work life balance, Managers are not worthy of being a manager, lack leadership skills. The place is super toxic, very biased towards certain employees. and only certain employees who ego massaged the bosses got good appraisals

The work is fun, you get to learn a lot

Cons

managers do not respect your work life balance, you could get a call and if you don't respond in 5 minutes (even if it's on a weekend) you will be called out in groups, very draining, very demanding. Workload is too much but since I am a workaholic I am able to manage it
