      The company is always willing to grow and adapt to changing environments within the Revenue Cycle Management industry as well as the Patient Advocate field.

      Cons

      There is a limit to the growth as it pertains to finances and that often ties the hands of the company.

      Great benefits The CEO Adrian is an awesome and caring person.

      Cons

      Not much room for promotions. Not enough communication between co-workers or management at least for me. To much gossip in the office.

      Truly can't think of any. The owners tried to make the company fun to work at but there were too many budget problems to allow this.

      Cons

      Staff were having to do too much as company didn't replace staff that left. There was a lot of turnover while I was there.
