      None. It was terrible. A pure disgrace.

      Cons

      -Abusive work environment and toxic management. -Management routinely put people in violent situations that turned hostile due to a lack of planning. -Very terrible people who were actively trying to hurt certain employees. I'll never understand why people could be so cruel.

      Learned how to work extremely fast under tight deadlines. Given a lot of experience.

      Cons

      Horrible, and unsafe working conditions. MMJ’s were required to work at 2 a.m. in high crime areas by themselves despite voicing their concerns for safety. Managers did not listen and tried to gaslight/manipulate you. MMJs were burnt out, emotionally abused, and underpaid. Toxic workplace, there’s a reason why majority of management no longer works in news.

      Absolutely none. Worked into oblivion unfortunately. Worked 16-hour days in the snow without proper equipment or protection. Mightily dangerous. Deeply awful. So sad.

      Cons

      Abusive management who made hurtful comments and put me in dangerous situations without any regard. No one cared. No one was respectful. This station hurt me and hurt my career in a thousand ways. I was hurt by these individuals but I do not hate anyone. I will always have my guard up for the rest of my life because of this experience. Deeply sad and unwaveringly awful.
