      - Good work-life balance - Good compensation, for the region - A very professional workplace, excellent coworkers - Good HR department

      Cons

      - They lean into on-site work. There is some hybrid work available, but it is wholly dependent on your team lead/manager, and not formalized or scheduled in a dependable way.
