Almost nothing to do, very slow

Leadership dominated by men from consulting backgrounds who resist doing things differently - Studies are done but data show that a project isn’t worthwhile is often ignored. Decisions are usually pre-determined, so studies feel redundant — the administration proceeds with its planned idea regardless - Promised job security repeatedly but conducted a major layoff, reflecting poorly on how employees are treated. - Limited career progression unless you are close to management - Reversed work-from-home policies despite survey results, increasing office days for all employees - Inconsistent rules across departments, e.g., varying office attendance requirements (1–3 days).
