      They converted their pros into cons due to their Pathetic relation and politics with their client Eaton.

      Cons

      No Professionalism, Project got Ramped down within 5 months so they fired in same month, No pay for Notice period as they said we don't get paid from client so we can't give you salary. Salary credited on 7th of every month. Play politics with employee to maintain relation with their client. For Experience letter, initially said that will get after 45 days but after that HR says you want to fill offline form, scan and upload to get experience letter, Such a Pathetic process, Pathetic organization.
