I started with a lot to learn, and over the years I've had the chance to work on different IT projects that helped me build both my technical skills and confidence. The team is supportive, and my colleagues are always ready to help when needed. Management is approachable, and if you're willing to take initiative and learn, you'll get plenty of opportunities to grow. It's a good environment for anyone who wants hands-on experience and continuous learning.

Cons

Like any growing company, there are areas where processes and communication can be improved. Sometimes things move quickly, which can be challenging, but the team works together to get things done.
