Changes since going public

Pros

I like my coworkers. Benefits are ok.

Cons

Since going public, the company culture has changed, and it doesn't seem like they care about employees anymore. Small example, Fidelity used to throw a company holiday party every year. There was no party this year, which is totally fine, but they didn't acknowledge the change. Just a heads-up would have been nice for those of us awaiting the invitation. A big issue for me is that transparency in pay is gone. They used to post the salary scale on the hr website. Not anymore. They're using AI to replace employees, which I guess is par for the course now. Gotta make that money for your shareholders, I guess.

Pros

Community Bank and good locations.

Cons

I was interviewed by a very rude woman who is apparently the regional manager for the South Shore. Secondly, I was warned the bank barely staff their locations with enough employees to ensure the safety at the branches.
