Pros

Floor workers are generally very hard working; ability to learn on the job and move up out of entry level position on floor; very open to diversity until you get into management although owners claim to be minorities (fractional genetics do not make you a minority).

Cons

Arrogant owners; chronically poor management in Simulation & Training department- projects poorly planned and executed - all way over budget and way overdue (like YEARS overdue); manufacturing department hindered because owners don't pay their bills - this is a legacy issue from the father, former owner.

Some great people that care about what they do.

Cons

Small company with small mindset. Major layoffs due to lack of work. Those left behind have to perform double and triple the work to make up for management decisions. Cash flow is tight, creditors not being paid.
