      Pros

      Mostly a cool bunch of folks to work with. Bagel Mondays/Lunch Fridays Lots of Outings

      Cons

      CEO deceitful, ingenuine and a poor leader. Micro manages small projects, while paying no attention to larger goals or issues. Runs the business like a fraternity, purchases customers instead of proving value of their services. First tech company I've worked for who sells technology but has a grade school tech stack of tools. Like Fisher Price level. Company openly preaches communication which is exercised, however it's a huge masquerade of hopes and dreams that are just a massive waste of time

      Good benefits(medical, dental, sick) Free food on Fridays Very occasional long hours Nice teammates You can gain some experience Occasional work from home

      Cons

      All employees treated same way using "Core Values", however those "Values" are mutually contradictory and there are no clear procedures how to follow them. Gossip Lack of real professionals, company saves money on good employees, except CISCO Engineers Salaries below the market, unless you are an CISCO Engineer (again) A lot of FAVORITISM(!) and PATHOS CEO and Senior Managers doesn't see anything except personal strategy. They create visibility of the feedback, but no actual feedback. HR is rude and useless. No outside training Terrible location near Penn Station

      Pros

      I thought the pay was below average unless you are an engineer. Benefits are ok but confusing. Some of the people are pretty cool.

      Cons

      They preach "Core Values" but no one practiced them. HR is rude and unprofessional. There are few procedures in place and it's all about favoritism. There is a lot of gossip.
