Pros
The engineering and the R&D work are interesting and high quality. The automation they do is very advanced. The company is a large enterprise, but the internal organization is like a medium one, leaving some freedom and decisional space to the employees. The leaders of the company have a technician background and are therefore very attentive to technology issues (those companies who have leaders with only economomical background are usually very financial driven). Salaries and working conditions are average. Welfare is very good.
Cons
They have quite a low opinion of themselves: the developments are very high level and innovative, but they present it like it was old stuff. Technical offices do not have enough workforce and are often slow due to that. There are strong rivalries between administrative and technical departments. The facilities are old.
