Pros

No one can list Pros for this "so-called" company, if they did they are the micromanagers (their job is a joke) please ignore such reviews.

Cons

Their hiring process starts with a lie (over the phone and JD), this is the only company I have ever seen who sells jobs over the phone begging someone to join. Have a sense of responsibility towards your work, you are ruining the careers of many young people and wasting their precious time. Having worked here both in and outside the office, it took them "4 months and 12 days" just to give an "access card" to enter into their doors while working "in the office". How woeful you people can make someone's life especially at EI account. To pee, we had to knock doors around the office since we had no card to access toilets in the office. It's a pure shame on managers who allowed this to happen for their employee(s). All your managers are in those positions "only" because they have spent their lives there for years as they won't fit elsewhere and all they know is to micromanage people. If you cannot keep your promises never do it and bring shame on yourself and the company on behalf of your clients. The managers would not even let reply to emails sent from their clients which is directed to us (me), what a shame on your culture. People stay when you give them responsibilities and trust. If anyone is trying to apply for this company, please stop! don't waste your time and money going to give an interview. They have this fake Monday morning meeting in which they welcome you with great applause and show you all the fantasy by their words which doesn't exist, by the end of the same day you will say goodbye to them. Managers, you are not boss to anyone, you all micromanage people just because you know they would replace you very soon due to their skills which you people never have and we know its a threat to your positions. Hard working people will never be recognized here and if they promise you a 35K salary, trust me all you will be taking is 20K at the end of the year. So whats the solution for applicants? Stay away from this company and don't even think of applying for any positions they offer.

Pros

They will hire nearly anyone. Set wage instead of commission only

Cons

Far too much traveling for sales reps (no time to have a life). Last minute business trips are common place. You are expected to always go, regardless of personal life. Management have no respect for field staff. Promotions and opportunities for growth non existent. Promotions that do happen are delayed by months, and promises made about these promotions are often broken. Only the client matters to this company, the field staff never matter. You have to stand in a meeting every Monday morning and watch management pay themselves on the back, whilst they talk down to you. My advice to anyone thinking of joining this company is don’t, unless your in the office. If your out in the field no one but your field team will care about you. You will not progress in the company. Take your training and leave for another company.

Hi there, thanks for taking the time to post your review. We've some real worries around some of your feedback as it demonstrates the opposite of everything we stand for and are proud of at FMI. We would really like to talk with further you so that we can ensure we understand and take all steps necessary to ensure this is not the experience of any employee in any position.
