It is all a show. What you see on social media is all an act. When it comes down to it, they tolerate laziness, harassment, and people treating others poorly. They say they "work hard, play hard" but what that really means is you bust your bottom and they buy you pizza when you are stressed. This company was unfair to me, lied about many things to me, and acted like they did me a favor by hiring me. I was even told it was "a gift" to get a job offer from them. Too much like a cult here. Good experience for future job searching on what to and not to look for in a company.

This company is a popularity contest. There is a lot of politicking going on that the LT can not see and fully enjoy. If you are not joking around and getting called "Dawg" by the president you are most likely not in the inner circle. There is 1 team lead who doesn't have the ability to lead outside of pushing all the negatives onto others yet they are held up as examples of greatness.
