If you are even considering a job with this company, turn around now before it's too late. - The negative comments below are all absolutely true and the positive ones are all written by people who just started and are conned into writing one while they're still in the 'honeymoon' phase of working there. - The CEO is an absolute narcissistic bully who feels his way is the only right way of doing things, he even has a verbatim script for the sales team. And swift punishment in front of your cohorts will happen if you don't follow it. - There is absolutely no job security. I've watched over 15 people get fired depending on which side of the bed the CEO woke up on that morning. You misstep even slightly and you're out the door. The management gives you no time to learn from a mistake. And don't even bother trying to make friends here because they'll be gone instantly. - The management at this company wouldn't know work/life balance if it bit them in the face. You best leave your 'life' behind you if you take a job here. 5/6 AM meetings are regular weekly occurrences and you better believe you'll be working late and on weekends. Not to mention it's mandatory to work IN OFFICE all days of the week. No exceptions. - The 'bonus' structure is an absolute joke and rarely provided to employees if at all. Don't bother factoring that into your overall pay because it won't happen. - Burnout is very real at this company. They do nothing more for your mental health than supply you with an application that is supposed to help and an occasional Friday afternoon off. The 'mental health' app is a joke and only supplied because the CEO is on the board of that company so probably gets it for free. - You'll notice its a bit of family reunion running as a company. Guaranteed you'll be working with someones else's, brother, sister, dad here. And those are the only people worth making friends with because they'll never get fired regardless of their competencies or not. - The product looks like it rolled out of the early 90s and is hard to sell to potential clients as new and innovative. It's not something you can stand proudly behind.
