      they will give away fake praises as they are biscusts.

      Cons

      1. Less pay. 2. No benefits. 3. Work extra hours. 4. irregular pay.

      Pros

      Great product. Gigantic vision. Supportive leadership. Not a bloated tech company where you sit in meetings all day pretending to do your job - you work hard, learn lots and open doors to new opportunities here.

      Cons

      Nothing stands out that I can think of.
