Oh man, everything was super dated. No other job wants you after working here, imagine applying to a coffee shop and your experience is working as a bakery clerk in a grocery store… and the number of responsibilities that fall on employees? Goodness, it was a lot!
* 3 month probation + fulltime = benefits (that you have to chase down management for) they are pretty decent if you have alot of prescriptions.
* staff members can be friendly if you find the right circle.
* equal pay (lol)
Cons
*no store discounts like other grocery retail stores. Instead they will bag check you for anything you may have taken or eaten.
* management is all over the place. Equality is hard to come by unless you and management click.
*Very Cliquey/Haze Adjacent friend groups. There are so nice eggs in the bunch but alot of people stick to their groups and phase others out.
*as another former employee mentioned, no one department first aid kits or any work place safety.
