Cons

They are writing their own positive reviews. You can see they wrote on 11th June and 12th June mili reviews. Ceo Amit jangid manipulate developers When someone leaving a company after that he will use worst words for him. No satisfactory increments, he will say that your performance was not good. Always lies to client. He used to charge clients for senior software engineer but behind the scenes a intern is working over their. Will lie to you in front of you. Full of politics. Their is no extra ordinary guy in this company.

Pros

Opportunities to explore Multiple language/framework.

Cons

-LEAVE POLICIES -They don't provide leaves to junior employees. According to them it's their headache that their flight has been booked and everything is planned. -They provide 1 day of leave in 1 month and if anything is urgent you have to specially make atleast 3 calls to get a leave. But for seniors , it's easy to get a leave for 4-5 days even it's for a trip -They call themselves "FAMILY" which is so not true. - They had a policy that leave is accredited at the starting of year but now the coo they have changed their policy this year because apparently it was their obligation before which they don't want to give now. -As per the coo , all the other companies are bad and they're the best ,well it's quite the opposite.

Pros

For the past four years, I have been actively engaged with the esteemed organization, fiftyfive technologies, where I have had the privilege of experiencing an exceptionally commendable work culture and the invaluable support of an adept and cohesive team.

Cons

Over the course of the past six to eight months, our human resources department has implemented a series of policies that can only be described as the most deleterious in the company's history. These policies exhibit a pronounced inclination towards business and management interests, with a conspicuous lack of consideration for the welfare and concerns of our valued employees. Furthermore, a discernible pattern has emerged in which cost-cutting measures have been indiscriminately applied to various facets of our operations, including, regrettably, the appraisal process for our high-performing employees. The rationale behind these decisions remains perplexing and unclear, leaving us to ponder their underlying motivations.

Dear Employee, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your experience at FiftyFive Technologies on Glassdoor. We appreciate your dedication and commitment to our organization for the past four years and value your input. Thank you for your response and for shedding some light on the policies implemented by our company in comparison to industry standards in India. It's valuable to understand that we aim to adhere to the best practices in the industry and provide a work environment that supports our employees' growth, well-being, and work-life balance. As you mentioned, the Indian industry typically follows a set of standardized policies, including 12 casual leave days, 15 privilege leaves, and additional leave benefits for various life events such as maternity, marriage, and paternity. These practices are in line with the goal of ensuring that employees have the flexibility and support they need to manage both their personal and professional lives effectively. At our company, we strive to maintain a similar commitment to our employees' welfare and development. We believe in encouraging our team members to grow and expand their skills while enjoying a healthy work-life balance. While our recent policy changes may have raised concerns, we want to assure you that they are intended to align with the best interests of our employees and the company as a whole. Our commitment to providing a supportive and nurturing work environment remains unwavering. We will continue to evaluate our policies and make adjustments as needed to ensure that our employees can thrive both professionally and personally. If there are specific areas where our policies may not align with industry standards or if you have suggestions for improvements, please don't hesitate to share your insights. Your feedback is instrumental in helping us refine our practices and create a workplace where our employees are not only productive but also happy and fulfilled. Thank you for your dedication to our company, and together, we will continue to foster an environment that promotes growth, well-being, and work-life balance.
