You get to use the product, but then again that’s an issue in its own.

Cons

None of the founders have ever managed or worked at a tech company prior to being here and it shows. If you need a job and they offer you a role do what you must, but strongly recommend working else where.

great company culture and friendly management.

Cons

the founders have meetings about how much money the business is making. instead of giving raises, they give you shares of the company. The salary is way too low for incentives that you can't benefit from until you retire.
