- Figment has harsh oversight that pushes employees past their limits - Supervisors are verbally abusive and overly aggressive, constantly demanding more than anyone can reasonably handle - Working here is not only mentally exhausting but also physically draining - There is no concern at all for employee well being - Employees are treated as disposable and forced into overwork and burnout to keep things running
