      Pros

      Can have great crew, could be a lot of fund.

      Cons

      hostile upper management, always late to pay bills, equipment always breaking down, hostile to servers and underpay back of the house.

      Great first job/customer service position

      Pros

      Coworkers are usually all young, cool people. Managers are generally nice, fair, willing to work with you if you give them enough notice, etc. Half off food after shifts, great job for a high schooler/young person in the workforce. You are supposed to make the customer happy every time, this is key. Learn how to manage stressful serving situations and start to learn the true meaning of hard work. This little restaurant is going places!

      Cons

      Training has improved over the years, but still not as good as it could be/needs to be.
