Leadership is highly incompetent to take the company where it needs to be. Figure 1 has done really well to come as far as it has but to go to the next stage, it needs a revamp of leadership and company structure. Unfortunately all the great people have left in the last year or so.

- you will NOT be a good fit if you’re an introvert - salary is not enough for the amount of work is required from you - work is very stressful. - camera must be open during meetings, and your input is expected. - no proper training for new employees. - no extra hours’ pay, and you’re expected to finish the tasks you’re assigned to within a time limit. Otherwise your performance will be highly impacted. - meetings are mandatory and take half if not all of your day. - you’re often expected to respond after hours if they send you a slack/email. - high amount of layoffs.
