Most of HR people are approachable and friendly

Cons

Low salary, some employees bully those who are newly hired to the point of crying, some executives don't care about you, they expect you to know everything, accounting system makes the process longer and harder, "palakasan" system, high employee turnover and can't hire for replacement due to low salary offer and high requirements

- HR management focuses more on games and non-sense than rewarding hard workers and promoting loyal employees - Systems are a mess and currently changing - High employee turnover rate - Those who stay probably have no time to look for better opportunities - Mediocre salary and little to no annual increase - Rampant culture of passing the work to the lower ranks - Long and redundant meetings with little to no problems solved
