Cons

Early starts, late finishes. Poor to no holiday pay. Catty and negative vibes. Mentally draining place. Insufficient heating in winter months. No set breaks. Insufficient training for new staff. High staff turnover.

Wouldn't recommend working for these guys to my worst enemy. Awful management and horrible atmosphere to work in. To sum up: Expected to work 24 /7 Underpaid Fear-based workplace Negative environment Very aggressive management The complete OPPOSITE to the company's ethos No support or structure to work

the management are will to make all the promises in the world to keep as a staff member, But they never follow through. i would recommend you avoid this company like the plague. they are happy to change your working hours and days you work at a moments notice. no consideration if you have children. Some of the head chefs are just bullies.
