      FinWise employees are generally very hardworking and smart folks who care about company culture and their customers. Payscale is above average.

      Cons

      Leadership can try to tackle too much at once. Communication is sometimes lacking. Management seems to fight the ability to work hybrid/remote, despite most work being online for many positions.
