Being fully remote is also a big plus.. the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world, while still feeling connected to a global team is a huge benefit. Finally, over the last period, there’s been a noticeable positive shift at the leadership level. The executive team is getting aligned, decisions are made faster and with more clarity and there’s a clear focus on strengthening culture and execution.
