Typical Smaller company benefits though company offsets any way they can with additional programs and more contributions. PTO policy has become more strict Could move a little faster with technology in some areas/other areas are cutting edge, Growth has taken away some space in office

Too much to write, mostly the 2 owners are unprofessional and expect you to care even though it doesn't seem like they do. They operate the company how they want, not off NH Labor laws.
