      Easy job and little is expected of you

      Cons

      No coaching. No incentive to become better. Company pays below market value and is struggling so it is kind of a race to the bottom type of organization that constantly jumps from one initiative to the next.

      Excellent work-life balance, and loved my manager.

      Cons

      The firm has some older employees and stakeholders who aren't interested in change, even to their benefit. That was the only con.

      -Great work/life balance -Very friendly -Supportive environment -Very understanding about workload -Good communication between staff -Feels like a little family -Staff is very open to honesty and listening to others thoughts -There are some deadlines but you never feel overwhelmed with anxiety about meeting those deadlines and they give you a reasonable amount of time to do assignments

      I can't really think of any cons because I had a very wonderful experience working here when I did.
