      Not Worth It!

      Pros

      The consumers are fun and wonderful people. I loved spending time with them and they actually appreciate what you do for them.

      Cons

      Frequent nagging calls and texts off hours. I heard from them every day about how bad of a job everyone and myself were doing.

      Too much Drama Not enough Care

      Pros

      The amount of hours you get is awesome, however when it comes to someone calling in they expect you to come in everytime. The time off policy is nice.

      Cons

      Leadership is bad, upper management seems like they are out to get you.There is alot of drama caused by your superiors and some of the people you work with. Everyone second guesses your ability to do your job, especially the Company RN.

      The residents were amazing.

      Cons

      Workers in the office are rude as all get out. Constant problems with my check, whether I wouldn't get it at all or it was short. No raises as promised.
