Working at Findsome & Winmore has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my career so far. As a Social & Account Coordinator I get to wear a lot of hats and have real ownership over my work. There’s a lot of trust here which gives me the freedom to take initiative and run with ideas while knowing I always have support if I need it. One of my favorite parts of the week is going into the office. We only go in once a week but that in-person time brings a great sense of connection and collaboration. Even though we are a small team everyone brings something unique to the table and we all have the space to contribute in meaningful ways. It never feels like anyone is trying to outshine someone else. Instead we lift each other up and celebrate our wins together. The leadership at Findsome and Winmore is incredibly supportive and down to earth. There are no egos here. Everyone from the top down is approachable and genuinely interested in helping each person grow. Feedback is thoughtful and constructive and you always feel like your voice matters. Training is also taken seriously which I really appreciated when I first started. You are given the time and resources to learn the ins and outs of the company and our clients. It is not just about doing tasks but understanding the why behind everything. That foundation makes the day to day feel purposeful and rewarding. This is a place where people care about their work and each other. It is structured without being rigid, professional without being cold, and creative without being chaotic. I feel lucky to be part of such a thoughtful and empowering team.
